Creator promo-code tracker template
Reviewed by the usecode.sh team on
A one-sheet deal tracker for creators running multiple codes: one row per deal, columns for the brand, code, commission type and rate, dates, deliverables, payment status, and disclosure wording. Download the CSV below and import it into Google Sheets or Excel; it contains the columns, two worked example rows, and nothing else.

Download: promo-code-tracker.csv. In Google Sheets: File, Import, Upload. In Excel: open directly. The two example rows show a commissionable-code deal and a flat-fee campaign; delete them once you have real rows.
The columns and why each exists
| Column | Why it exists |
|---|---|
| Brand, contact | Renewals die when the contact is lost with the email thread |
| Code, commission type, rate | Type is the money question: cash per redemption, link commission, flat fee, or credit; classify per affiliate vs referral |
| Start, expiry | Expiry drives the renewal reminder and the card's auto-pause; see managing expired codes |
| Deliverables promised, shipped | Drift between these two columns is where renewal leverage leaks |
| Payment expected, received | Unpaid invoices hide in memory; they cannot hide in a column |
| Disclosure wording | Your standard line per brand, so every post's disclosure is a paste, per the FTC rules |
What the sheet does not do
It does not count anything. Views, taps, and copies come from wherever your codes are published; if that is a usecode.sh page, per-card numbers exist without bookkeeping, and this sheet stays what it should be: the terms layer. The weekly routine that keeps both honest is in organizing multiple brand partnerships.

Use the sheet for the terms, a page for the codes
Once the rows are filled in, give every live code a card followers can copy.
