How usecode.sh works alongside LTK

Reviewed by the usecode.sh team on

Use both. LTK creates the income through commissionable links and pays it out; what it does not give you is a place to show brand promo codes, and LTK's own creator guidance already tells you to put your shop URL behind a link in bio.

Add a code page if

  • Brands hand you codes as well as links, and those codes currently live only in captions.
  • You want copy counts: the people who take a code and never tap a link are invisible to LTK's click reporting.
  • You promote outside LTK too, and want one address that covers everything rather than one per platform.

LTK alone is enough if

  • Every deal you have is an LTK link and no brand gives you codes; your LTK shop URL in the bio is enough and a page in between only adds a tap.

The division of labour

  • LTK owns the money: the click that earns commission should always be LTK's tracked link.
  • The code page owns the shopfront: your LTK shop gets a permanent card, and each brand code gets its own card beside it.
  • Read the two dashboards together. LTK reports what converted through links; your copy counts show the code-path demand LTK has no way to see.

How we checked

LTK's application criteria, commission framing, analytics and bio-link guidance come from its own creator pages, read on 2026-08-13 and linked in Sources. The claim that LTK has no creator-controlled code display on an everyday shop page is an absence finding across those documents on that date, stated as such rather than as a limitation LTK has confirmed.

The workflow, concretely

  1. Keep creating LTK links as you do now; the click that earns commission should always be LTK's tracked link.
  2. Give your LTK shop a permanent card on your code page, so the bio link LTK recommends leads followers to everything, not only LTK.
  3. When a brand hands you a code, direct deal or otherwise, it gets its own card next to the LTK card, instead of living only in a caption.
  4. Read the two dashboards together: LTK tells you what converted through links; your copy counts show the code-path demand LTK cannot see.

LTK's own creator guidance recommends putting your LTK shop URL behind your link in bio, which is exactly the slot a code page occupies; the two are structurally compatible rather than competing.
