How usecode.sh works alongside TikTok Shop

Reviewed by the usecode.sh team on

Use both. TikTok Shop creates the commissionable links and permits sharing them off-platform; a code page absorbs the two frictions it leaves you with, the 100-day commission window on every generated link and the single clickable bio slot.

Add a code page if

  • You run more than one product or campaign at a time and cannot fit them in one bio link.
  • You would rather rotate a link inside a card than edit your bio and every old description on its 100-day cycle.
  • Sellers give you promo codes as well as links, and you want copy counts on the codes you say out loud.

TikTok Shop alone is enough if

  • You promote one showcase link, never touch seller codes, and are comfortable editing your bio every rotation; the raw link works.

The division of labour

  • TikTok Shop owns the money: its generated links are what carry commission, and the page only points at them.
  • The code page owns the rotation: when a link ages out at 100 days, you edit one card instead of a bio plus every old description.
  • Cards persist across regenerations, so per-product taps and copies accumulate through cycles that raw links reset.

How we checked

The link types, the off-platform sharing permission and the 100-day commission window are quoted from TikTok's own Seller University documentation, read on 2026-08-13 and linked in Sources, including TikTok's exact framing that commission eligibility lasts a maximum of 100 days before a link must be regenerated. Nothing here is inferred from third-party guides.

The 100-day rotation, solved once

TikTok's rule in its own words: you can earn commission from your generated links for a maximum of 100 days, after which you tap share again for a new commission-ready link. If that link lives raw in your TikTok bio and five video descriptions, rotation day means editing six places, and any old video pointing at the stale link earns you nothing. If the bio points at your code page and videos say so, rotation is one card edit, and every old video stays current forever.

  1. Card your showcase link permanently; card individual product links for products you push hard.
  2. Calendar the regeneration (the TikTok platform guide covers the posting side).
  3. When a seller gives you a code, its card holds code and link together, so the spoken "use code" path and the tap path both land.
