How usecode.sh works alongside an Amazon Storefront

Reviewed by the usecode.sh team on

Use both. Amazon pays the commission on your storefront and permits promoting the vanity URL from a bio page; a code page gives that storefront a permanent home beside your non-Amazon deals and the seller promo codes you are shared.

Add a code page if

  • You promote brands beyond Amazon and want one address rather than a link per platform.
  • Sellers share social-media promo codes with you, and those need somewhere copyable to live.
  • You want the storefront link presented in the clear, which Amazon's policies require anyway.

Amazon alone is enough if

  • Amazon is the only place you earn, and your storefront URL in the bio already does the whole job.

The division of labour

  • Amazon owns the money: commissions accrue on traffic you send to amazon.com/shop/yourhandle.
  • The code page owns the presentation: the storefront gets a permanent card, linked in the clear and never shortened or cloaked, per Amazon's policies.
  • Disclosure stays yours in both places. The page's affiliate line complements your per-post Associate disclosure, it does not replace it.

How we checked

Programme description, commission structure, linking policy and the mandated Associate disclosure come from Amazon's own Associates and Influencer help pages, read on 2026-08-13 and linked in Sources. Amazon does not publish follower thresholds for acceptance, so this page says they are unpublished rather than repeating a number from a third-party blog, and the creator-side promo-code interface sits behind login and is described from Amazon's seller-side documentation.

The workflow

  1. Card the storefront permanently: usecode.sh/you links amazon.com/shop/you in the clear, never shortened or cloaked, per Amazon's policies.
  2. When a seller shares a social promo code with you, card it with its Amazon promo link, so the discount auto-applies for tappers and the code exists for people who heard it spoken.
  3. Keep your Associate disclosure visible wherever you endorse; the code page's disclosure complements your per-post disclosures, it does not replace them.
  4. Read the numbers together: Amazon reports your earnings; your page shows which cards drove taps and copies on the way there.

Honest limits

  • Follower thresholds for acceptance are unpublished by Amazon; any specific number you read elsewhere is speculation.
  • The influencer-side promo-code interface sits behind login and is described here from Amazon's seller-side documentation.
  • Amazon is a trademark of its owner; independent guide; sources below are the authority.
